Social Platforms

Our message (the Gospel) must go out to our target audience, students need reached, events need promoted, schedules and details can change in a second; that’s where I come in. At the start of 2019, I was placed in charge of Life Students, a growing youth ministry’s, social accounts. This is no “an hour a week” volunteer position, this is daily. Youth ministry is a world of its own. From classroom and worship settings to events and parties with 15 different things happening at the same time – this is where I shine, in the chaos of life.

I capture, create, edit, produce, write, and schedule a variety of content for multiple different platforms. A consistent voice/theme is now found across all platforms connecting with our main church account creating one, strong ministry voice.

Practically starting from scratch, these accounts have been rebuilt from the ground up. Instagram and Facebook platforms have been completely transformed over the last few years and are seeing tremendous growth and reach. Posts are consistently being shared by our audience and new students are being reached weekly. New platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Remind messaging have also been utilized. (A complete recreation of our YouTube channel is underway) As we are continually looking to grow, we are not afraid to integrate new things.
